The physical properties of Dyplast Products' family of ISO-C1
polyisocyanurate insulation have been tested by independent laboratory.
ISO-C1/2.0 is the only polyiso insulation tested by independent laboratory and achieved both FM specification and UL classification for Class 1 flame spread/smoke development ratings per ASTM E84. It has been tested and found to meet the requirements as listed below. A Dyplast Products representative can provide you
assistance in determining suitability of these and any unlisted
specifications.
Factory Mutual (FM) Specification for ISO-C1/2.0: |
- ISO-C1/2.0 polyisocyanurate is independently tested, approved, and audited Factory Mutual (FM) as having met the demanding Class 1 flame spread and smoke development requirements per ASTM E84.
- It is also the only polyiso bunstock foam that is listed under FM’s Approval Standard 4880 for Class 1 Steel Faced Interior Wall and Ceiling
Panels at foam thicknesses up to 3”.

Underwriters Laboratories (UL) Classification for ISO-C1/2.0

- ISO-C1/2.0 polyisocyanurate is
independently tested and audited, and is "listed" with UL as having met the demanding Class 1 fl ame spread and smoke development requirements per
ASTM E84
- Evaluated for flame spread index (25), smoke developed index (190), minimum self-ignition temperature (950F/510C), and minimum flash ignition ((950F/510C)
