Dyplast Products is first in achieving an aged K factor of 0.18 wth its ISO-C1!

ISO-C1 Polyisocyanurate Insulation

ISO-C1 is Dyplast Products’ newest line of polyisocyanurate rigid foam insulation, tested by Underwriters Laboratories and Factory Mutual to meet demanding Class 1 flame spread and smoke development requirements per ASTM E84. Our ISO-C1 production line using hydrocarbon blowing agents produces polyiso bunstock with superior physical characteristics, high R-factor, and zero ozone depletion potential (zero-ODP), making it a cost-effective and environmentally friendly choice. Suitable for service temperatures between -297°F and +300°F, ISO-C1 is well suited to a wide range of applications such:

  • Insulated panel
    • commercial refrigeration insulation/freezer insulation
    • refrigerated transportation containers
    • refrigerated railcars
    • duct insulation
  • Fabricated foam shape for low to medium temperature mechanical insulation
    • foam pipe insulation (including valves, flanges, etc.)
    • equipment and process insulation (chill water, LNG, cryogenic)
    • commercial HVAC and duct insulation
    • tank & vessel insulation
    • LNG ship insulation

ISO-C1 is available in 2, 2.5, 3, 4 , and 6 lb/ft3 densities.

With the highest R-value to thickness ratio of any commercially available insulation, no other insulation compares. ISO-C1 is highly moisture resistant, strong, durable, and lightweight. It handles, works, and installs easily. ISO-C1's low friability means it creates minimal dust.

ISO-C1 with Class 1 ratings, as well as unrated formulations, is ready for shipment and can be ordered in varied densities and variable sizing which can result in reduced waste when cutting to particular dimensions - - thus resulting in cost savings.

ISO-C1 polyisocyanurate insulation is a superior choice over alternative products such as cellular glass, polystyrene, perlite, fiberglass or polyurethane insulation.
