Dyplast Products, LLC offers innovative and cost-saving insulation solutions to
an array of low temperature applications such as cryogenic, chilled water, refrigeration, low temperture steam, and hot water - - and in industries ranging from building construction,, roofing, refrigeration,
transportation, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, marine and more. Headquartered
in Miami, we are a relatively new company with a long heritage, a paradox made possible
by our acquisition of a well-established production plant in Miami. Staffed
by a strong team with an average tenure of over 18 years, the Miami operation
has served the local expanded polystyrene (EPS) market for over 35 years and
the national polyisocyanurate market for over three decades. This, together
with Dyplast Products’ leadership and firm financial foundation,
empowers our company to leverage a broader product mix as well as expanded
market presence.
At Dyplast Products we believe in creating superior products that best meet our customers’ needs. That’s why we have invested in the latest and best technologies. Our ISO-C1 and ISO-HT polyisocyanurate bunstock lines are at the core of our leading-edge insulation products - - utilizing patented hydrocarbon blowing agent technology. Our polyiso bunstock insulation is not only in full compliance with the Montreal Protocol by eliminating CFCs and HCFCs, but also yields a highly competitive level of product quality and performance versus cost.
Our new DyTherm Phenolic insulation and DyPerm Vapor Barrier systems expand our Insulation System capabilities to include 25/50 E-84 offerings as well as vapor barriers, mastics, sealant, and jacket options.
