Kingspan Insulation LLC, a subsidiary of the Ireland-based Kingspan Group plc which is the global leader in high performance insulation and building envelope solutions, has successfully completed the acquisition of Dyplast Products LLC. Dyplast Products will join the North American region of Kingspan's Insulation Division. (See our Blog announcement for more detail).
For over five decades, Dyplast Products has been a leading manufacturer of polyisocyanurate (a modified polyurethane) and expanded polystyrene products - - including innovative and cost-saving pipe and equipment insulation, sheet/block insulation - - as well as leading edge products for the Composites Industry (via its Dyplast Composites division). Insulation solutions include an array of low temperature applications such as cryogenic, chilled water, refrigeration, low temperature steam, and hot process lines. Additionally, our insulation sheets are ideal for insulated metal panels, architectural panels, and specialty applications.Our primary insulation products include polyisocyanurate (ISO-C1® and ISO-HT®) in multiple densities and expanded polystyrene lines. Dyplast has clients across the globe in industries ranging from energy (e.g. liquid natural gas), petrochemical, pharmaceutical, refrigeration, cold storage, building construction and cooling, transportation, marine, advanced composites, and more.
